What You’ll Learn

1️⃣ Calm Birth – Relaxation & Comfort Measures

• Learn pain-coping strategies using the body’s senses, guided relaxation, and comfort tools such as massage, aromatherapy, and movement. Strengthen partner support and connection.

2️⃣ Childbirth Essentials – Labor & Birth Preparation

• Recognize the signs and stages of labor, practice positioning for comfort and progress, understand medical interventions, and know what to expect immediately after birth.

3️⃣ Baby 101 – Postpartum & Newborn Care

• Gain confidence in postpartum recovery, emotional wellness, and newborn care basics—including feeding, pumping, and self-care.
• Families who prefer a single-day experience can choose our Signature One-Day Birth Immersion, which includes the same three classes in one calm, connected day.
