Our clients value calm, informed experiences and one-on-one guidance every step of the way.
What Families Face
Even with excellent medical care, families can feel unseen in busy birth settings. Between rotating hospital staff and brief appointments, many parents crave more continuity and connection. That’s where we come in—offering hands-on, personalized care that complements your medical team and truly delivers peace of mind.
The Support We Offer
We step in to bridge the gap families often feel in traditional care settings. Our role is to provide consistent, hands-on support that wraps around your medical care—not replaces it. From pregnancy through postpartum, we stay by each family’s side, offering expert guidance, emotional reassurance, and practical help when it matters most. It’s personalized care that brings continuity, connection, and peace of mind.

Support starts long before labor begins.
FAQs
These are just a few of the most common things we’re asked about birth doula support in Orlando and the Space Coast. If something else is on your mind, we’re always happy to talk it through—no pressure, just support.
How many births does each doula take per month?
To ensure you receive focused, responsive care, each birth doula in Orlando and the Space Coast supports only 4 to 5 clients per month. We believe in quality over quantity—this approach allows your doula to truly be present, rested, and available when you need her most.
→ Your peace of mind begins with knowing you’re never just a number.
What can I expect from my doula’s support?
Your doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum experience. From calming your nerves in early labor to offering counter-pressure and encouragement during contractions, she’s there to guide, comfort, and empower you. She also helps you navigate decisions, communicate with your care team, and stay aligned with your birth preferences—without judgment, and always with compassion.
→ Think of her as your steady, knowledgeable presence—every step of the way.
What if I go into labor before 37 weeks?
Your doula officially goes on call for you at 37 weeks, but if you go into labor earlier, we do everything we can to support you. If she’s available, your lead doula will be there. And thanks to our collaborative team model, we always ensure someone from our trusted network is ready to step in if needed.
Early labor doesn’t mean you’re on your own—we’re prepared so you’re never left unsupported.
Will my doula support me if I choose an epidural?
Absolutely. Our role is to support your birth preferences—not to steer your choices. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, prefer pain relief, or your plans shift during labor, your doula is there to provide reassurance, comfort measures, and guidance tailored to your experience.
→ No judgment, just support—however your journey unfolds.
Early labor doesn’t mean you’re on your own—we’re prepared so you’re never left unsupported.
What does doula support cost, and is it covered by insurance?
Our doula support packages range from $550 to $1,400, depending on the level of care you choose. While few insurance plans cover doula services directly, many families successfully use HSA/FSA funds or submit receipts for possible reimbursement. We’re happy to provide documentation and help guide the process.
→ Transparent pricing, flexible payment options, and peace of mind from the very beginning.
