  • Lovable: Used to securely host and manage our AI-powered childbirth companion (“Hey Kathy”). When you interact with the AI, your chat data may pass through Lovable’s platform for processing. No personally identifiable health data is sold, shared externally, or used to train public models.

  • Stripe: Used to process payments for classes and services. Stripe collects identifying and financial information (such as name, billing address, and payment method) to complete transactions. Childbirth Concierge® does not store or have direct access to full credit-card information.

We may use AI-assisted tools (e.g. for drafting emails, creating content outlines, or streamlining analytics). All final outputs and decisions are reviewed and approved by our human team. We do not use AI systems for automated decision‑making affecting services or pricing.

Scope: This section applies when you use or interact with our digital assistant or AI-powered childbirth companion (“Hey Kathy”) on our website, mobile app, or other platforms.
