At Childbirth Concierge, our mission is to empower expectant mothers with comprehensive, customized perinatal support that educates, prepares, and accompanies them through every stage of their pregnancy journey. We strive to provide the highest standard of personalized support, utilizing cutting-edge research and unbiased education to ensure every mother feels confident, supported, and informed. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to adapt our services to the unique needs of each family, fostering a nurturing environment that transforms the experience of motherhood into a confident, joyous, and celebrated life event.
Our team is comprised of highly qualified birth professionals including, RNs, LPNs, as well as Certified Childbirth Consultants, which are specialists holding certification in childbirth education, doulas (birth & postpartum), and lactation educators as well as Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultants. Pictured below is our core team. We also work with additional specialists in the Greater Orlando and Hawaii area to ensure the best care and services are provided to you.

Spanning a 33 year career in the maternal health field, Kathy is an industry pioneer and the visionary behind Childbirth Concierge. She honors all journeys to parenthood and feeding, and is committed to ensuring that parents feel seen, heard and valued while in her care. As a mother of five herself, Kathy has considerable experience in preparing for the birth and care of newborns, and helps to empower parents by delivering peace of mind during what can at times be a challenging situation. A born educator, she is in her element teaching new parents and health professionals. She worked 14 years in Maternal Health at Winnie Palmer Hospital in Orlando and is a self-proclaimed “Birth JUNKIE”.
Teresa McIntyre
Operation Manager
Teresa brings over 35 years of diverse professional experience. With a career spanning multiple Industries in Information Technology, Sales, Entertainment, Guest Experience, and Lead Trainer. Her background and proven accomplishments, with prestigious corporations and clients positions her well as our operations manager. Teresa possesses a unique balance of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. For over 25 years she owned and operated businesses, while simultaneously serving as a dedicated Bible study teacher, leader, and trainer with an international interdenominational organization. Teresa has honed her skills and expertise through independent learning and hands-on experience. She provides valuable insights and guidance that drive improvements to operations, unsurpassed customer relationships, and achieving shared goals.
Dana Rincon, BSN, RN
Childbirth Educator & Lactation Counselor
Dana is a skilled and patient focused Registered Nurse with over 8 years experience in Postpartum and Labor/Delivery. She has extensive experience assisting in breastfeeding and educating families on life with a newborn. She loves the birthing journey and wants to support and empower you to feel confidence as parents. Dana lives in Central Florida with her husband and four children.
Jill Villemain, RN, ICCE
Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator,
Jill has been working alongside new mommies, empowering them to trust the process of birth and encouraging bonding with their newborns for over 25 years. As an experienced labor and delivery nurse, perinatal high risk nurse, and postpartum nurse, she is seasoned with knowledge and skills.
She has been teaching childbirth classes for over 21 years in a fun and creative way virtually or in person, helping new parents to feel prepared and excited about their birth story. She has three children of her own who are her biggest blessings. In her free time, you can find her outdoors spending time in nature, traveling, cooking and baking, doing Pilates, and hanging out with her family.
Olivia Rocha, RN, CBE
Childbirth Educator, Lactation Educator
Olivia is joyful, passionate and focuses on bringing an informed and empowered birth experience to every birthing person. Working as a labor & delivery nurse in a high-volume, high-risk hospital has prepared her with a vast breadth of experience and knowledge. As a yoga instructor who incorporates the holistic and physical tenants of yoga into patient care. Her enthusiasm to help expectant families prepare for their perinatal journey is contagious. She aspires to become a midwife & continue her mission of supporting women and families in Central Florida and beyond. In her down time she enjoys playing piano and signing , reading and has recently taken up sewing.
Brianna Santiago

As a medical student with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Medical Anthropology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I am passionate about maternal and fetal health. Supporting my mother during her pregnancy with my youngest sibling inspired me to pursue a career in medicine. I became a doula to assist other families because I believe that childbirth should be peaceful, and empowering, and result in a satisfying experience for the mother. With an understanding of both the social and biological determinants of health, I aspire to provide exemplary doula care to those I support.

Devi comes from a long lineage of medicine women and believes that a healthy society begins with individuals having access to accurate education and options for a healthy, peaceful birth experience in a loving and nurturing environment. She’s had the pleasure of supporting people in many different birthing environments. As a mother, herbalist, and birth worker with certifications in holistic medicine and various forms of yoga she thrives in supporting families to feel empowered as they journey through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period.

Providing families with a fulfilling experience, helping them find their inner voice, and empowering them are very important to me. Motivated by my own experience with natural out of hospital experience, breastfeeding, and sibling adjustment, I passionately serve women and families during their most significant event in their lives. From the birth of my oldest son at the age of 22, I knew then that I wanted to be involved in perinatal health to support and serve families and that it was going to be a part of my life in some way.

Ever since I was a young girl, I have been drawn to babies. My long-term focus is to become a midwife. I love supporting and educating families so they become empowered during their childbearing years. Having given birth to four children and a mother to ten in total (most of them being adults now), I bring a lot of experience into the work and support I provide. I strongly feel new families need so much care and support.

Beryl never imagined where her new found relationship with her doula at 30 weeks pregnant would take her. After the birth of her first child, she realized what she was called to do: serve families in the birth world. As a Certified Childbirth Consultant (Certified Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Lactation Educator) it is her top priority to help families receive the evidence-based information needed in order to make decisions about their choices and their care. She ensures her families feel empowered to advocate for themselves and their new addition. Not only is Beryl passionate about serving families during the prenatal, birth and postpartum periods, but she also has an immense passion for helping families navigate their journey through the multi-faceted world of breastfeeding. Being a mother of two, both who have nursed well beyond the age of two, she firmly believes in the power of support and information to create the journey THEY choose. It’s a judgment free zone! Care-taking is something that has always come naturally to this empathetic, special needs mama of three. Life has thrown some curveballs and taken Michelle on a beautiful journey which has led her to now doing what she knows was God’s intended plan for her. She has a gift of being intuitive with those around her. She has a love for nature’s garden and leads a holistic lifestyle. She is also a NASM certified personal trainer with a special focus on healing Diastasis recti. Her enthusiasm to learn and support in this field is immeasurable.

I was so deprived of sleep with our oldest that I became overwhelmed at all the information out there. I thought “there’s has to be a place where I can get evidenced based information in one spot” Once I started learning I would share with anyone
who would listen. After 4 more years and two children, I made it official by earning my certification through The Cradle Coach in Pediatric Sleep, Adoption & Fostered Sleep, and Newborn Care. My goal is to help parents not feel overwhelmed and support families from all walks of life with both breastfeeding and bottle fed babies. Sleep doesn’t look the
same for every baby or even every family. I love to serve the Spanish-speaking community as well.

Monica dreamed of supporting, educating and providing care in all areas of life for pregnant women, first as a general physician and later in 2010 as an Obstetrician Gynecologist. She is a faithful defender of childbirth and humanized treatment of pregnant women in her country of Venezuela. Relocating to Florida in 2015, she focused her time on her children. Then in 2017, she started supporting Floridian mothers as a doula. “I am very spiritual, I respect all existing beliefs. My friends say that My life mission continues in another land but with the same dedication and desire to support mothers and their families.

Long before I knew what a doula was, I was committed to supporting new families. After my first was born, the challenges I faced fueled me into a career of compassion and support. Spending 15 years as a pediatric medical assistant, I support families from a place of EXPERIENCE. My heart is to help families transition from pregnancy to birth, and into the postpartum period on their terms. I wish that I could tell you I was clever enough to intentionally choose this amazing journey as a doula, but honestly, doula work chose me.

As a Birth & Postpartum Doula my goal is to support families every step during their pregnancy, birth and postpartum journey. My experience as a wife and mother of 5 beautiful children has taught me that everyone is to be respected as a unique individuals with different needs. As a breastfeeding counselor. I worked for the WIC program for 7 years in Puerto Rico and focused on the care of the mother and her baby. I love to share my knowledge. I have a special place in my heart for families of premature infants having experienced this myself with our fourth baby. I love to go to church, cook, bake, and watch movies with my family!

I was inspired to become a Birth and Postpartum Doula after the birth of my child. My initial goal was to become a midwife, but God had other plans. Becoming a birth & postpartum doula feeds my hunger to support the laboring family so they can achieve the birth they want, and help new parents feel confident during the postpartum period. Having spent five years as an infant teacher caring for newborns to 12 months old, I love to help others and enjoy see new families blossom. Babies are amazing born with their own little personality. On my downtime from raising my 8 years old, you will find me gardening or reading. I also enjoy yoga!

I am an RN of over 14 years and am passionate about women’s health. As a home health nurse I have worked with women and babies in their home to get them settled into the day to day life with a newborn. I believe that in order for babies to thrive, mom’s need to have a good experience from pregnancy to birth. As a mom, my birthing experience was not the best, so helping other women have a good birth experience is my goal.

Kara is a certified perinatal educator which encompasses childbirth education, doula and lactation as well as an early childhood degree from Eastern Florida State College. As a mother of 2 boys she brings experience and understands the challenges new families face with a newborn in the home. Having breastfed one son till 3 years of age and the other till 9 months old, she can appreciate a family that makes choices that work for them. As the oldest of five children, Kara grew up naturally supporting her mother and playing mother hen to her four younger siblings. She loves being a mother and supporting families, so they have a smooth transition when the new baby comes home.
Khurram Shahzad
Design Coordinator and Virtual Assistant
Khurram Shahzad is the founder of global projects “Innovate Your Dreams” and “My Magical Dust” aims to teach students future careers and mental health. He has also trained approximately 1500 teachers from 80 countries.
Currently, he is working as a freelancer on some freelancing platforms like Fiverr and UpWork. Other than teaching and training he possess several skills – Graphic designing, course creation, video editing, document formatting etc.
Jennifer Millikin, CCC

Jenn’s passion for birth began over 23 years ago when she had her own daughter via VBAC. As a mother of 3, she went on to work at a birth center, and is currently in nursing school to become a midwife. She is a dedicated and warm fuzzy kind of person. Her gentle smile helps any family relax, and her professionalism gets her work in Hawaii recognized by medical staff. She holds near to her heart a women’s desire to birth how she needs to. In her free time you can generally find her out enjoying her paddle board.
