Childbirth Education (often referred to as (Lamaze) Class is an excellent choice to empower you with knowledge and tools to help you navigate pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period.
We offer three separate class (al a cart type options), or you can take all 3 at one time via the Platinum All In One Class
- Calm Birth Class – Relaxation strategies and skills focus for pregnancy and birth
- Childbirth Education Core Class – Stages/phases of labor, when to go to birth facility, pain medication, c-section, partner envolvement
- Baby 101 Class– understanding your newborn, feeding ( bottle & breastfeeding), postpartum recovery
- Platinum- All In One Class -includes the 3 classes above in one day

We offer:

Private class is a minimum of two hours and can be increased to four hours based on need.The cost for the two- hour class is $195 and prorated at $65 for every hour after.
