You’ll learn about feeding guidelines and calming techniques for fussy newborns. Our experts will discuss important developmental milestones and provide guidance on when to seek medical attention for your little one.

Our course includes an essential section on postpartum care, focusing on your well-being as parents. We’ll address the physical recovery after birth and offer tips on navigating sleep deprivation and self-care. Understanding the importance of emotional well-being, we’ll discuss perinatal mood disorders and how to get support when needed. We’ll also provide resources for additional support and guidance during this precious but often challenging phase.
